Workplace safety is our first consideration when placing on-hired employees with clients. Two of our directors have invested significant time in developing our workplace safety system and continue to improve our efforts in this critical business area.
We set high safety standards and will decline work that we feel places our on-hired employees at risk. Central to our workplace safety systems are our inductions for on-hired employees, site inspections carried out by our risk management consultants and procedures for on-hired employees to raise any workplace safety concerns.
At our request, our WorkCover insurers have audited our workplace safety processes and supporting documentation. Their loss control co-ordinator commented in writing that: “These procedures represent a commitment to the health, safety and welfare of Australia Wide employees ….. we commend you on the quality of this work and recognise the standards you have set for your employees and employers”.
